The Sorghum in the Mountains Festival Parade is a huge highlight that kicks off the celebration of the Appalachian heritage of many years.  In 2026, it will be held in Downtown Blairsville (See route below).  There is no cost to enter the parade. Participants can bring parade entries to 371 School Circle, Blairsville, Ga promptly at 8:30AM-9:00AM on Saturday, October 10th.  The parade will begin promptly at 10:00 AM so don't be late, ya hear!
